Clear answers before you start creating.

Everything below is aligned with the current create, preview, cart, and checkout flow.

Photos and setup

How many photos do I need?

The current create flow is built around 14 photos. The first image becomes the front cover, the last image becomes the back cover, and the rest are used across the story pages.

What kind of photos work best?

Bright, sharp photos with clear faces and simple composition work best. If an image is too dark, blurry, or low resolution, the upload review flags it before you continue.

Can I save my progress and come back later?

Yes. Signed-in customers can save draft books and return to the create flow later without starting over.

Book details

What is the finished product?

Right now the storefront offers one 7in x 7in square board book with 28 pages and a personalized story built from your uploaded photos.

Can I edit the story before ordering?

Yes. After generation you can open the preview, review the full book, and make page-level edits before moving into checkout.

What themes are available?

The current create flow offers Warm Family, Bedtime, Growth Memory, and a custom theme option for more specific prompts.

Ordering and shipping

Where do you ship?

The current storefront supports shipping across Canada, the United States, and select North American destinations, reflecting our service across Canada, the United States, and the broader North American market.

When do I enter shipping details?

Shipping information is collected during checkout after you finish previewing the book.

Are shipping and taxes included in the list price?

No. The list price covers the book itself. Shipping and taxes are finalized during checkout review.

Privacy and support

What happens to my photos?

Photos are used to build and review your personalized book. Account, support, and policy pages now explain how uploads, drafts, and order records are handled.

What if something goes wrong with the order?

Use the contact page or support email and include your order number if you have one. That makes it much faster to investigate a print, delivery, or account issue.

Where can I read the policies?

The footer now links to dedicated Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Shipping & Returns pages instead of burying those details in the FAQ.

Need a hand with an order or draft?

Support is available by email and through the contact page. If you already have an account, it also helps to mention the saved draft or order number.
